Binder

Binder

By: David Vinjamuri

BinderThe new Tom Clancy has arrived and delivered a complex and inventive thriller of a novel. David Vinjamuri’s Binderwas just a great book to read. From the character development to the progression of the storyline, Binder just continues to surprise, thrill, suck the wind out of you, and blow you away. It is very well done. From the very beginning you the knowledge, the insight, the research is all palpable. After the first chapter you know you’re in for a good ride. Vinjamuri is already a best selling author and is set to only go further with this, his latest work.

Michael Herne spent his former years running clandestine operations about which the world will never know. It is this experience his former boss is counting on when he calls on Michael to investigate the disappearance of a young female. Right from the start something seems off and trouble has a way of following Herne as he makes is way through the mountains and hollows of West Virginia looking for clues as to what happened to the young woman. The book is packed with action and full of twists and turns. Just when you and the main characters think you have it all figured out, another thread begins to unravel leading to yet another bit of new information.

I highly recommend Binder to anyone who likes books so jam packed with fights, car chases, bombs and potential terrorists that it practically bursts through the pages. Along with all of the action, the clues and perception of some of the major players will have you wishing you were half as observant and analytically inclined as they are. The Clancy comparison before wasn’t fluff to make you read this review. The book is in my humble opinion that good. I am excited to see what David Vinjamuri gives us to read next!
