Till Death is a decadent mixture of suspense, thriller, mystery and crime novel, with a dash of a sultry love story and the bitter sting of betrayal. Jennifer Armentrout has artfully written a novel that readers of all types will enjoy sinking their teeth into.
Sasha, the woman at the heart of Till Death, returns home to a sleepy West Virginian town after being away from the family inn, and it’s keeper, her mother; ten years since Sasha was abducted and raped by a serial killer; ten years since she narrowly escaped, killing her would be murderer in the process. Sasha knew she would have to face her demons when she returned home, but no one expected a copy cat killer to start a spree as soon as she got there. Not long after Sasha’s return, her car and then her mother’s car is vandalized, and young women have begun to turn up dead, in the same dumping ground where her body would have been discovered.
Reconnecting with friends and a former flame, her first love, Sasha tries to cope the best she can with what is happening around her. Things keep happening though, and it makes for one hell of a read. Till Death got my pulse going, in more ways than one. It’s definitely worth a look. But I won’t make any promises that you’ll be able to put it back down after that first look. I was hooked from page one.
